Vinification
Light crushing and cold-press maceration of pressed grapes. Only the first-pressing must, which is separated by gravity, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Colour
Delicate straw-yellow with golden nuances.
Bouquet
Round with balsamic nuances flowery overtones, broom, wisteria and hawthorn with light citrus light hints.
Taste
Delicate, sufficiently fresh and sapid. Pleasantly lingering with slightly bitter grapefruit finish.

FOOD PAIRING
Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fish salad dishes, raw fish, shellfish and fish-based main courses. Perfect with white meats, boiled and grilled fish, sushi or soufflé.
